I’m Jérémi.

I’m a student on the Human Resources team.

I was a little intimidated at the beginning… stepping into my first government job.

But as time goes by, you get used to it pretty quickly.

And your coworkers will really support you as well.

Many of them were students in the past.

They’ll even help you sometimes with stress management in such a big new job.

On the Human Resources team, I helped with student outreach. It was a lot of work to find ambassadors and to get the student outreach plan up and running.

I recommend making connections with your coworkers, because those coworkers may be able to direct you towards your future job and maybe even be a reference.

In February, it’ll be a year that I’ve been at LAC.

I’ve really grown at this organization.
