Feedback mechanism

Library and Archives Canada wants your feedback

Following the release of Library and Archives Canada's (LAC) Accessibility Plan, Canadians can share their feedback on barriers to accessibility identified in the plan and/or in their interactions with LAC.

Whether the feedback is about barriers to accessibility and/or the implementation of the plan, whether it is positive or critical, general or specific, long or short, anonymous or not, we want to hear from you in terms of identifying, removing and preventing new barriers.

Using this feedback process, it is also possible to request a copy of our Accessibility Plan in different alternative formats, such as hard copy, large print, audio, Braille or other electronic format for adaptive technologies.

What we will do with the feedback received

We will take into account the comments and reflections received in order to make the necessary adjustments in LAC’s periodic reviews of our Accessibility Plan and in our feedback process.

The feedback we receive and how process it will be reported in our annual progress reports.
