These guides are yearly publications sent to every post office in the country, and include information such as:

  • regulations
  • postal rates
  • details about local, national and foreign post
  • lists of permitted and prohibited articles
  • lists of post offices
  • lists of postmasters

Supplements include information such as post offices that opened in that month, changes in existing post offices, and new regulations postmasters. Monthly supplements for the following years are available:
